CrockPot Bison Chuck Roast

Ingredients:

3-4lbs of Ironhide Bison chuck roast (frozen)

4 large chopped carrots

4 large stalks of celery

(if preferred) 2-3 potatoes cut into cubes

Preparation:

Place carrots, celery, and chuck roast into the crock pot. The veggies can be placed underneath the chuck roast or around the sides, depending on the size of your Crock-Pot. Season with your favorite pot roast seasonings  (McCormick Pot Roast Seasoning is also an option). Cook for a minimum of 3 hours, ensuring the chuck roast's internal temperature (measured with a meat thermometer) reaches at least 140 degrees Fahrenheit but does not exceed 160 degrees Fahrenheit. Center will be medium rare, next medium, followed by medium-well towards the outside of the chuck roast. As a side, steam fresh green beans! When serving, slice thinly for maximum tenderness. Enjoy!
