Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing Ironhide Ranch! To book your event, please reserve at least 30 days in advance with a signed agreement and a 30% non-refundable deposit. The remaining balance is due 14 days before your event. Events include up to 8 hours on-site and must end by 10 PM. Maximum capacity is 75 guests. Vendors must follow our rules and provide insurance if requested. Alcohol is allowed only with approval and licensing. Clients are responsible for the cleanup and any damages. Event insurance is highly recommended. Weather may impact outdoor events; backup plans or rescheduling are subject to availability and fees. We look forward to hosting your special day!
